Wednesday March 31st

Now that the painting, cleaning, etc.. is all done, it's time to get some large items put in here! :-)

First, the toilet and the new air vent cover..

That went fairly easy - it's been there before..

Next, it's the new vanity..

The sink was a little further out from the wall than the old one, but I just had to adjust the drain a bit, and then everything lined up.. Nice..

And the final picture!

Tuesday March 30th

A little dab of paint here, and a little dab of paint there..

and things look good..

There's a few spots still wet at this point (edges i've just updated), but it still looks good!

I think we need a few things installed tomorrow! :-)

Monday March 29th

No pictures today.. A little bit of touchups here, and a little bit of touchups there..

I'll get some photos tomorrow when I finish the cleanup stages..

We'll definitely be done for the weekend.. Deadlines are good :-)

Sunday March 28th

Yes, you "read" that right - the grout is blue...

Nice and messy as it goes on..

But it sure cleans up nicely..

Saturday March 27th

We've got a bit of cleaning to do - making sure the tiles keep looking nice and all that.. :-)

We'll also get the vertical trim in for the back wall..

It's going to get painted, but it looks kinda neat like that as well :-)

Friday March 26th

First - we've got to get the door trim up so we can actually tile around the bottom correctly..

I'm going to get get a chunk of the trim all around the room while Jo is preparing the tiles..

I really liked how all the trim/crown/etc.. lined up here. This was a bit of a messy area.

Jo's just laying out all the tile.. Making sure we've got them all.

We decided on a little cove quarter round around the sink as the crown..

and the tiles at the bottom are now in... (we're using other tiles as spacers :-)

and the main crown is in.. We figured we'd try the double sided/reversable crown.. Once we figured it out it wasn't bad..

This was a really good productive day.. Now off for some drinking at a friends :-)
